Agenda Vaillant Group is the new app developed for Android tablets and interfaced with webservice.
Automatic synchronization every 5 minutes or simply starting it through the appropriate function, allows a very rapid dialogue between webservice/location and tablet/technician.
From the tablet it is possible:
- View your appointments through an interactive agenda
- Insert or move an appointment based on the available slots
- conclude the activities and record any spare parts used for the intervention
- Record the legal attachments
- manage the subscription
- and much more viewable in the reserved area of the site dedicated to the service centers
