In Pregnancy Your Body Goes Through Many Changes.
In pregnancy, the pregnant body undergoes many changes. Most are completely natural.
In the last half of pregnancy, you should respond if you or your pregnant partner experience certain signals. Know the signals and take action to look after yourself, your partner and your child.
Keep in mind that your own sensations and signs from the body are important!
If you or you are in doubt, you can always contact your own doctor or midwives in your maternity ward where you can go 24 hours a day.
