The league will initially comprise six franchise teams and shall showcase the 20-20 format of cricket. It would be the league's privilege to increase the number of franchise at any point of time. The venue for the entire series of matches would be gurgaon.

The officials in the league would act as the selection committee and select the players for the teams, who would eventually be distribute to the franchisees teams.

The matches would be governed and judged by as per the IPL norms. The selected teams would,then,play against each othe in a total of 15 league matches. These matches would,then,give top 4 winning teams,who would then again play the semi-final matches and eventually the final match.
