You can just the mobile numbers to setup meetings and group events with anyone!
ZeeCal, identifying participants only by their mobile phone number, allows you to schedule, share and update events and meetings with ANYONE, even those that do not have ZeeCal app!
Using ZeeCal, you can create an event right from your Android Phone/Tablet selecting attendees from your device contacts. It is NOT required that the attendees have either a smart phone or app installed. You chose when and where the event is, and the number of times you want to remind the invitees, voila ZeeCal will handle reminder notifications! For those who have ZeeCal app installed, we send an event invite, which they can accept or reject (either way, you’ll know). For the rest of invitees we send prompt SMS reminders, and as many times (max three) as you want them to be reminded!
If you have to update or cancel an event for any reasons, no worries, you can update or delete the event from your ZeeCal, we do the rest by immediately notifying all of the attendees. Optionally you can also specify reasons for cancellation and we communicate that as well!
Want to organize a group event but don't have everyone's mobile number? You can create a group event with the couple of member numbers you have, invitees can then share and watch the group grow. Shared invitees will also become members of your group so you can invite them directly to all future events!
For instance, say, you are the coach of a little league softball team (our sincerest appreciation to all those volunteer coaches of all little league sports!). As it is you got plenty on your plate, the last thing you want to do is type out an email announcing a last minute cancellation of a practice or game. With ZeeCal, just delete the event from your calendar, all the participants/parents are immediately notified, right on their mobile phone, it is that simple!
You can, with a click on the icon, get directions to event location from where ever you are. Also you can see who is attending and who is not as well as optionally number of guests each invitee is bringing.
